What the program offers you
You get to know the powerful connection between your hands and your brain.
You will experience how you can program your brain efficiently and sustainably using handwriting practice and create what you want.
You will learn handwriting practice in a depth that will enable you to share your knowledge and experience with other people.
You will be accompanied and supported with effective mental training. Tools that you can add to your repertoire for accompanying others.
You will learn the basic principles of a client-centered approach and conversation techniques.
You will be sensitized to the powerful connection of the hands with the subconscious and you will develop an awareness of your limits as an advisor to others.
You will get to know inspiring people who - like you - want more: Who strive to develop their full potential in the best possible way and help other people into their power.
...and you also train your fine motor skills and improve your cognitive abilities: Your thinking, learning and memory.
You will receive
6 months of online training filled with learning, self-awareness and development and the foundation to become a facilitator
24 live meetings per Zoom , 90 min. each.
Recordings for individual follow-up work & consolidation
The appointments are recorded and are available for you to watch in the community area for 14 days after the appointment for individual follow-up work or in-depth study.
Practice, practice, practice ... You will individually complete three complete handwriting practice cycles, including regular feedback, as closely as you like. Depending on the focus of the lesson, you will also practice together with other participants.

Accompanying material and bonus material
In the community area you will also find the accompanying material for each session, including a handout with the swing and meaning of the letters, as well as bonus material.
Lecturer Sabine Lang Thurston
You will be guided and accompanied by Sabine Lang Thurston, experienced lecturer, HPP and mental trainer with expertise in handwriting practice for over 13 years.
